Conduct Code
- Guests shall acquaint themselves with the fire safety procedures and comply immediately with fire or other safety drills, alarms, and instructions.
- Only registered guests are permitted in The Brehon Hotel & Spa except for brief visits in common areas. No unregistered overnight visitors are permitted.
- At The Brehon Hotel & Spa, we have a no smoking policy in all our guestrooms and enclosed public areas.
- Guests shall behave appropriately and with discretion, be respectful of the hotel and staff, as well as of other guests and occupants. Guests are permitted to go to and from the Spa to their bedrooms in their robe and slippers.
- The quiet hours for the hotel are from 10pm to 8am. During this period, guests shall be particularly considerate and refrain from any conduct that could disturb others in the area.
- Visitors must notify Front Desk upon their arrival. Visitors must be always accompanied by the registered guest, and they are not allowed to use guest amenities. As a registered guest, you are responsible for your visitor at all times.
- Unsupervised Children: Anyone under the age of 18 is not considered an adult. Under no circumstances are children permitted in the Anú Spa, Vitality Suite or Fitness Suite. Children must be accompanied by adults at all times in the hotel.
- Respect: The Brehon Hotel & Spa values the safety and security of all, including employees, with a zero-tolerance policy for physical or verbal threats, harassment or interpreted abuse. The hotel does not tolerate verbal or physical abuse of any kind.
- Proper care should be taken with all personal items. The Brehon Hotel & Spa is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage to any personal items. Any lost or left behind items will be turned in immediately to the front desk. Any items left behind may be shipped at the owner’s expense.
- Fire alarms are for true emergencies only. Any fire alarm will be investigated by the fire department, and the cost of responding to a false alarm will be charged to the person(s) responsible or their parents.
- Using photographs and videos taken in the hotel for commercial or public purposes is illegal. Those who do so will be subject to prosecution.
- Pets are not allowed unless explicitly stated otherwise. Service animals are exempt from this policy.
- Disruptive or unlawful behaviour will not be tolerated. Guests may be asked to leave without a refund if their conduct is deemed unacceptable.
- Guests are responsible for any damages to the property or its contents. Missing items will be charged at the replacement cost.
- The dress code is smart casual, and it is mandatory for the guests to be dressed at all times while they are on our public areas, as well as the restaurant and the bar.
The Brehon does not accept pyjamas and slippers as a garment to be worn in any of our public areas.
The only facility where the guest is allowed to go with a swimming suit and a robe is on the pool and Spa.
