For the main event, dinner is served in our award-winning Danú Restaurant. You’ll be treated to an exquisite six-course gourmet meal, meticulously crafted by our chefs to celebrate the best of Irish and seasonal ingredients. Throughout dinner, a live harpist will perform, adding a touch of sophistication and grace to your dining experience. As the night progresses, the heart of the party moves to The Brehon Bar. Here, a lively band will play all your favourite tunes, keeping the energy high as we approach midnight.

This isn’t just any countdown, though – at the stroke of midnight, we’ll ring in the New Year with a spectacular balloon drop, filling the room with the joyful spirit of celebration.
