Vitality Suite at Anú Spa

The Vitality Suite at Anú Spa is designed to enhance your spa journey by preparing and relaxing your body and mind.

Our Vitality Suite includes:

12 metre heated Vitality Pool with jets
Hot Plunge Pool

Rassoul & Foot baths

Whilst staying at The Brehon Hotel and Spa, we invite our guests to make use of the selection of facilities available, complimentary for the duration of your stay. During peak periods of the year – summer holidays, bank holidays etc. You may do this at reception. Residents may use the Vitality Suite on day of check-out.

For non-residents and non-members, there is a daily charge of €30.

In addition to the Anú Vitality Suite, guests can make use of our complimentary techno-gym which includes Fitness Equipment, full selection of free weights and power plates and dedicated cardiovascular equipment at your disposal.

It is our pleasure to advise that when having treatments you will have complimentary access to the Vitality Suite for one hour before or after treatments.

Last entry to the spa is 7:15pm

Minimum age for our Vitality Suite, Fitness Centre and Treatments

To maintain a peaceful environment, and to comply with health and safety regulations, children under 18 years of age are not permitted in the Anu Spa, Vitality Suite or Fitness Suite at any time. Children are not permitted to use these facilities.
